well

so I have not posted in a while and was struggleing to think of what to post so with no plans on what i am writing i am jsut going to write

so the first thing is easter now i dontno what to put now other than eeeuugggghhh as it seems all good in the run up all the chocolate but now its the day after and admit it you feel pretty crap this is as you ate to much I feel now as I am writeing this (I did have half an easter egg for breackfast) thats why its silly its just a lot of becoming ill and fat so why do we do it eggs and chocolate dont even have any thing to do with easter its just silly. one god thing did come out of easter my mum insted of buying me more chocolate bourht me the frozen dvd (which she went on to regret) I have seen it probebly 7 or 8 times now. the songs stick in your head so even when i was not whattiching it is was walking ariund singing "DO YOU WANT TO BIULD A SNOWMAN" I do relly love the film thought and would recomed it to anyone no matter how old you are (shall I do a propper review?????)

running and fitness #2

So I have not posted in a while so here is a post for you guys to enjoy

runnig is something a lot so I decided to talk about in a sereis of blog posts this is number 2 all aboutwhy you should run its also kind of 10 things list so you get 2 for the price of 1


1. Do it anywhere. Run, that is. Whether on the treadmill or in the park, it’s easy to rack up miles. Even better: Try lacing up the sneakers on that next vacation to explore a new place.

2. Make new friends. Tired of meeting duds at the bar? Check out local running groups or websites like meetup.com to hit the road with other health-minded folks. “Twenty questions” is just as good over a run (boozy brunches optional).

3. Save some cash. Forget fancy equipment or a pricey gym membership. When it comes to running, all you need to get started is the right footwear. (Don’t worry, running spandex is optional.)

4. Visit the doctor less. It’s not only apples that can keep the doctor away. Active people are less likely to develop colon cancer. And ladies, women who regularly engage in intense workouts like running can reduce their risk of breast cancer by up to 30 percent.

5. Eat more carbs. Who doesn’t love a pasta dinner? Now there’s an excuse to slurp up more spaghetti. During intense training like preparing for a race (sorry, channel surfing doesn’t count) increasing carb intake might help running performance and boost mood during harder runs

6. Keep it interesting. Forget boring laps around a track. Interval training helps boost metabolism and rev cardiovascular fitness. Bonus: Research shows runners who do intervals have more fun while running (really!) and might be more likely to keep it up

7. Live longer. Who doesn’t want to live forever? Not only do runners have fewer disabilities and remain active longer than their sedentary counterparts, they actually live longer. And even as weekly running times decrease with age, the healthy benefits keep on ticking

8. Get primal. Turns out Bruce Springsteen was right after all: Baby, we were born to run. It’s what turned us from apes to humans and was used by our ancestors to outrun prey over long distances.

9. Slip into skinny jeans. Running is one of the best calorie burners out there. For a 160-lb person it can burn more than 850 calories an hour. Not like we’re counting or anything.

10. Boost memory. Exercise has been shown to help keep the mind sharp and could even reduce symptoms of dementia. Hitting the track might also protect the brain against Alzheimer’s, even among those with a family history of it

running & fitness #1

So  have deiced to start running and I have also dug out all the fitness games for the wii I have the ones I found are 

  • wii fit plus 
  • zumba  
  • and just dance   

I have found that these games can have the same effect as me going running for the same amount of time (so don't have to get wet  they also monitor my progress.

I also just want to say that I am not running as I think that being larger is wrong if your happy in your body then you should not care what other people think. I run as I enjoy it and it helps to take my mind of things and I find if you go with a friend you can have loads of fun so everyone should just try it.

zodiac signs

So today I did not know what to post so I am going to talk about my zodiac sign and weather I think its true or not .

So I am a Scorpio. A Scorpios sign is water.

I am not so sure about the serious but I do feel like I have to find out about someone before I become close friends with them. I say once my friend always my friend. I also kind of like the idea of controlling my destiny as I feel  like I spend my life planning and controlling things a lot more at this point in my life especially with my 2 blogs .

march favorites

well its a bit late but here we go




my bad hair day beanine is first when my hair is curly it always looks a mess so i just hide it under a hat but even with strait hair i live in it  the words sum it all up and this way i can make a fashion statement out of the worlds mesiest hair win win

now food (well its a drink but hey)  now i am trying to cut down on the amount of sugar in my diet so this give me my choco fix with  out the guilt its the skinny cow hot chocolate i love it At only 37 calories and with only 1.4 grams of fat per mug, Skinny Cow Hot Chocolate is the perfect indulgent treat for hot chocolate lovers everywhere. Now it says to use boling water but I think its far to watery so I have 1% fat milk from asda warmed up and it taseds so good just a little bit naghty .

this is so good it leaves your skin silky smooth and fresh i love the smell so much its a bit diffrent but i love it
it has small pink balls i supose it just should be given to everyone so they can try it i  only have a small sample bottle from some where but i need more
 





next is the tanya burr peaches and cream nail varnish now i have been a bit naughty and had this on all mounht just redoing it but my teachers did not notice as its such a sutle colour which is so me and perfect i could not bring my self to take it off
